國民黨立法委員羅淑蕾去年9月告發MG149案，指控柯文哲在台大醫院任職期間私設MG149帳戶，涉嫌收受廠商捐款、違法洗錢、貪汙及稅捐稽徵法，近日遭地檢署傳喚偵辦。
柯文哲表示，一開始是公務員貪瀆罪的「嫌疑犯」，現在變成貪汙治罪條例「被告」，他無奈說，這還不是他當市長發生的事，是當台大醫院醫師時的事，一個台大醫師還可以搞到貪汙治罪條例，還真不簡單。
被問到會不會選總統，柯則說「罵完就算了」，這只是當時的氣話，媒體追問有沒有可能氣話成真，柯竟回應「我也不曉得」，隨後改口說「這次」不會選啦，回答耐人尋味。
